UK Firefighters Rescue Speed Camera
Firefighters in Tyneside, UK save a speed camera from fiery destruction.

An attempt to destroy a UK speed camera Thursday evening failed when firefighters came to its rescue. The device, located at Watergate Bank, in Gateshead, had been doused in gasoline around 8:30pm and set alight. Firefighters arrived in time to extinguish the blaze before the camera housing itself was damaged. Police have no suspects.
