UK: Welsh Speed Camera Torched
Fire destroys Monmouthshire, Wales, UK speed camera.

A speed camera in Monmouthshire, Wales was destroyed by fire. The same device on the A48 in Caerwent had been attacked two previous times. The Mid and South Wales Speed Camera Partnership that operates the cameras does not know who might be responsible.

"People seem to think we can place cameras where they can make the most money," Partnership Manager Phil Davies told the BBC. "This is not true."
