10/28/2004 Australian Study of Red Light Cameras (Andreassen)An exhaustive ten-year study of the effect of red light cameras on accident rates in Australia.  The most complete study of the correlation of accidents and the use of red light cameras. It closely examined every accident report filed over a ten year period (including several years before and after cameras were installed).
