Scottish Speed Camera Van Caught Speeding
A Scottish speed camera van was caught speeding on film by a private citizen.

UK Camera VanSpeed camera operators are supposed to be concerned solely with safety, and not revenue. That makes this story from Scotland very interesting. A local citizen videotaped a speed camera van blasting through the countryside in wanton violation of the limit.

Article Excerpt:
A concerned motorist turned the tables on the Lothian and Borders Police driver, who was doing 45mph in a 30 zone. He asked a passenger to take pictures of the van to show its speed.
