Italy, South Africa, UK: Speed Cameras Torched
Speed cameras set on fire in Scotland, England, Italy and South Africa.

Valeggio, Italy speed camera grabbed
Vigilantes in Aberdeenshire, Scotland set fire to a speed camera at 3am on Tuesday. BBC News reported the automated ticketing machine on the A90 near Mill O'Forest was destroyed. Grampian Police called the fire "suspicious." In Lincolnshire, England vigilantes set fire to a speed camera on the A17 at Swineshead Bridge at 3am on Monday, according to the Lincolnshire Free Press. Police have no idea who might be responsible.

In Cape Town, South Africa mob destroyed a speed camera on Tuesday. According to Eyewitness News residents of the township of Phillipi took out the automated ticketing machine on Duinefontein Road during a violent protest.

In Valeggio, Italy, vigilantes grabbed the speed camera on the via del Garda a Salionze toward Quaderni, L'Arena reported.
