Poland: Speed Camera Lens Painted YellowVigilantes disable speed camera in Poland with spraypaint.
In the Warmia-Masuria Province of Poland, vigilantes sprayed yellow paint over the lens of a speed camera. The attack disabled the device on national road 51 in Olsztyn, Gazeta Olsztynska reported.
