Three speed cameras disabled in France and one in Poland this week.

Vigilantes in north-western France disabled a speed camera in the community of Plemet last weekend. The automated ticketing machine on the RN 164 was spraypainted, rendering it incapable of issuing citations, Le Telegramme reported.

In the city of Saint-Etienne, a pair of speed cameras on the RN 88 were covered up by spraypainted signs, Le Progres reported.

In Mysligoszcz, Poland, a tripod-mounted mobile speed camera was destroyed on Tuesday by a red Suzuki sedan that rammed into the device to avoid a collision with a bus, the Voice of Pomerania reported. Police blamed the incident on the bus driver, not the camera.
