Aussie Cameras Lead to Ambulance Delays
Camera enforcement causing ambulance drivers to slow down, causing significant delays.
The safety impact of speed cameras is not always what one expects. According to an opposition leader in Australia, red light and speed cameras are causing ambulance drivers to take their time reaching patients. Hardly a safety benefit.
