DC, France: Speed Cameras Crushed, Blinded
An accident, a storm and spraypaint take out photo radar devices in Washington, DC and France.

A speed camera was destroyed after it failed to prevent an accident in Northwest Washington, DC on Tuesday. According to WTOP radio, a stolen SUV slammed into the automated ticketing machine on Wisconsin Avenue near the Tenleytown CVS.

Mother Nature destroyed a speed camera in Toulouse on Thursday. A storm knocked over a tree that completely smashed the camera on the Route de Seysses. In Lamballe, the speed camera on the D14 was blinded with black spraypaint.
